If your land is deeded to a group, the radio has to be deeded too. Otherwise, it's not going to connect to the stream on "my land" (because it's not "my" land. It's the group's). That's the normal problem people have with parcel radios. It's also possible, of course, that the radio is busted or the stream you're connecting to is off the air.
