Yes, it might be suspended.  If so, you will have received an e-mail message from Linden Lab telling you that you have an overdue balance on your account or (heaven forbid) you have committed some ghastly violation of the TOS.  It is also possible that your router has screwed up.  Try rebooting it two or three times to force it to grab a new IP address.

That login error suggests that computer has been "hardware banned".  You should have received an email from LL if your account has been suspended or banned though.

Hardware bans can often happen in error, so don't panic.

File a support ticket & LL support will check your account status & fix the problem if the "ban" was made in error.
