How do I save a backup of current profile pic if I've accidentally deleted from inventory? Firestorm

How do I save a backup of my current profile pic if I've accidentally deleted from inventory?
I can't locate it anywhere other than right there in my profile image location.  I'd like to be able to change it from time to time but I don't want to lose the current one if I can help it.  I can't seem to copy it or save it anywhere else.   It's a sl texture I believe.  
I currently use Firestorm Viewer:  Phoenix-FirestormOS-Releasex64-4-6-9-42974 if that matters.

It's a long shot, but if you haven't also emptied your Trash folder recently, the image is probably still there. Take a look.

You can download the image from your web profile. Go to https://my-secondlife.s3.amazonaws.com/users/demitips/sl_image.png . right click -> Save image as.
