my bank credit/debit card is not being accepted. all info is correct. any ideas?

as you can read in the knowledge base, bank cards and debit cards are in general not accepted as billing method.

You need a real CC, paypal or skrill to be sure it works.

branded debit cards, prepaid and bank cards are not accepted.

A branded bank credit card will most likely work. (For example a Societe Generale credit card with visa logo)

You can create a PayPal account and use your debit card there to get the account verified.  Once it is you can use it as your payment info in SL.  That's what I do.
