you don't have a billing option added to your account.

You will need to add a CC (skrill or paypal) to your account to be able to buy.

As suplement to your previous questions, you sold L$ .. those will go as usd to your balance, but without skrill or paypal it's impossible to get it out of sl.

So in any case, buying or credit preocessing you need payment details at your account.

(only CC isn't enough either if you want to process credit, that also requires paypal or skrill)

Next to adding the payment info, you have to select the payment method for buying L$ in viewer/accountpage and/ or other recurring fees.
