trying to abandon my land to downgrade.

when i right click on the land i have no option to abandon? and yes i am standing on my mainland and i have right clicked inside the house and outside the house and even under the house....  How can i abandon it if it does not give me the option?

Don't click on anything in world unless you can click on grass.  Use World >>> About Land.  The Abandon Land button is right in the middle of the General page.

Is the land you are using Premium Land? As in land you are given when you get a Premium account?
