Account won't cancel? Keeps taking me back to account summary. Is it a bug?

I go to >>account>>cancel - but it keeps taking me back to the account summary page. It's like a bug. Is there any other way / link to close this account? I know I can keep it open without any cost / problem but I'm choosing to close it. Thank you for any help, Lolly

Only other way is to submit a ticket to support requesting that they cancel the account, just explain that you tried already to do it yourself, so that they don`t just answer by sending you a link to the place you have already tried.

Have you tried clearing your Internet cache and then retrying to cancel the account?
