That's entirely up to you. If you have long-term renters who have invested a lot of effort in their space, you may want to give them more advance notice, especially if they are paying by the month. There's no "rule" that I'm aware of, though, other than to ask yourself what you would consider fair if you were in their shoes.

A minimum of 2 weeks before the next rent payment is due, I think is fair.  The notice should be in writing and sent to the person that pays the rent.  You should send it while they are on line too, in case their messages get capped and they don't get it.  If your rent box allowed a partner to pay too, the notice also should go to that partner.  This way it will give them time to find another place if they don't want to pay the higher rent.
