Sorry you gave us too little information to help you.  What happens when you log in?  At what point of the process does the log in fail?  Do you get a message?  If so, what does it say?

What type of internet connection do you have?  Is it wireless or wired?

What are your system specs?  Launch you viewer go to HELP>ABOUT (viewer name) and copy and paste what you see there.

It's always possible that you just changed login locations to another RC region.  Scheduled rolling restarts doi affect the entire grid, after all.  Always check the Grid Status Report for notices. Right now, try logging in to Smith.  It's on line.
