how can i remove no modify grifiers phantom objects?

on sim 4 no modify objects with strange Textanimscript in content. Owner Gucci Mayne. I can't remove, edit, return, move, delete them. All sim is lag. In about land/object not shown any object. Grifier was banned, but objects still there. beacons show only that 4 object. Land owner made restart and clean sim many time but object was magicaly return. please help me with that problem

They are probably being rezzed automatically by a scripted object that the griefer left behind.  Removing the objects themselves won;t do much if new ones keep being created.  You'll have to return the rezzers.  Since you know the griefer's name, you should have no trouble doing that. The region owner can use region/estate tools to do it, or if you have the right powers you can do it with Build >>> .Pathfinding >>> Linksets/
