everything in my cart on MP disappeared how can I get them back? I found some just by relooking but can't remember the names of some.

if Freya's option isn't enabled new search is the only thing to find it again, items are only stored as soon you buy it.

Your web browser probably has History enabled. You don't talk about your browser but the common shortcut to access your History is Ctrl+H, and this should work for all major browsers.

Should be able to find all products you previously looked at in there.

Microsoft's security updates to Windows 7 - Windows 10 as of late have issued resets of secured [encrypted] cookies which correspond to some critical security updates. If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and Edge you may experience these resets. Secure cookies may be deleted as a result.

Not that Chrome and Firefox are't culpable as well - I've experienced similar issues with some of their automatic updates.

Just go shopping again using your history folder...
