premium member, recognized on linden internet site, with a linden house, but not in 3d simulator!!

Question

I cant be connected as premium member on 3d software.

My payment was made with paypal, and well finished.

My linden house was created, and appears in my account, as my premium member quality, on web site, but not in 3d software.

When asking to transport home, it tell me impossible to go there.

When i go with coordinates, im not recognized as owner, and have no rights on it, even to switch lights.

My status is not premium member.

I gave all rights to linden software in my firewall, and nothing changes when reconecting.

Help!!

What can i do?

Laoanair,

As a Premium Member, contact Live Chat from 8am - midnight SLT. They should be able to get you going.

If Live Chat fails to activate for your account then contact the Billing Department to get this cleared up.
