Even running around nude is allowed, just don't show (male) erections or explicit sexual behavior

I think rather than listen to resident opinions and interpretations on this, you'd be best looking at the official explanation for Maturity Ratings. The official guidance doesn't mention cuddles or erections - you can do more or less anything you like there so long as it's not searchable or encouraged as part of commercial activity (e.g. a strip club).
