i was highly disappointed in second life can you please give me a refund and delete my account

If you are a Premium member, follow the instruictions here for downgrading and canceling your account >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Premium-membership/ta-p/1054477#Section_.7  Do be sure that you actually cancel your acccount as instructed so that your membership is not automatically renewed at the end of the period you have paid for.

You cannot get a refund.  The TOS, which you agreed to when you joined, says (Sect 4.4):" Linden Lab does not accept returns or provide refunds of any amounts paid for products or services purchased from Linden Lab."
