There's nobody that you can talk to "live", unless you are a Premium member and can contact Live Chat.  Even if you could, they wouldn't know what your password is.  Here's what they would tell you to do >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017#Section_.1
