Land Public

I apologize for the inconvenience, I wanted to ask, I see that in Second Life there are many land to visit, you can request a space to be built and then make it available to the public? just paying the rent or you can get it for free?

Unless you restrict access to your land, it is always open to the public.  You continue to pay land fees on it.  Linden Lab will not compensate you for creating public areas, no matter how beautiful they are. Linden Lab's Department of Public Works (LDPW) creates Protected Land areas for recreational use or for other infrastructure purposes.

IF what is shared with the public is well enough liked, is unique enough, etc--and few are liked enough to make this of much use, from what I've seen--putting out a "help with the cost" jar can be done.  I doubt it would help enough to offset what you pay for the land, though.
