Anything at all?  Are you sure that you logged in?  Did you download and install a SL viewer?  Have you read the QuickStart Guide or the User's Guide?  Those resources and others that you will find in the Knowledge Base (see the tab above ^^) will answer many of your basic questions about Second Life.  There really is a lot to learn at first but there are also lots of resources.

Now, let's see ....When you log in, your avatar is the amazingly handsome person with his back to you, right in the middle of your screen.  Once you learn how to use your camera, you can swing it around and see your face.  If you don't like that avatar, you may choose a different one by clicking on the Avatar button in your taskbar.  (Or, if you have L$ and learn how to use it, you can go buy an avatar somewhere.)

Everything else that you will want to find is either in your own Inventory (click the taskbar button and look) or has been rezzed in world somewhere.  To find things in your inventory, start reading about basic inventory skills >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Using-your-inventory/ta-p/1370823 . To find places or people in world, use your Search function >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Search-FAQ/ta-p/846121 .  There are many other tools for locating people, places, or things in SL, once you have learned the basics.

Welcome to Second Life. :smileywink:
