Animations look sped up at a long distance with alchemy viewer

Hello, so as the title says, when someones avatar is a certain distance from me their avatar begins to look like it's in fast forward. I don't get this issue with the firestorm viewer. Anyone have any solutions?

Look in your Develop menu (CTRL + Alt + Q  ---  you may need to type CTRL + ALT + D first if you don't have the Advanced menu activated).  Check the setting in Avatar >>> Animation Speed to be sure that you don't have it set above the default.
