How do you get LL to take reports Seriously?

Let me start off with a little back story. There is a person by the name of Henieczek ******** who has been with in second life for 8 years. Well she has started selling "Full Perm" Hair,I say fullperm hair like that because its taken from the Sims by the real maker Nightcrawler. Now to the point b4 i had found out about the whole Sims thing i got a few of these hairs and they are no MOD no Copy so i sent in a notecard and IM to her (after spending 5500L on hair you bet i was on top of it) well i did not hear back from her for weeks, then i get to talking to other people that had got the hair also and they had been waiting longer then me to hear back from her. Well i thought ok RL so i give it more time then i see her online i send her a IM and i wait and i wait and i wait she says nothing to me then after 4 hours of waiting she says Ok i give you hair ok so i got my hair. I buy another and again NO MOD NO COPY so again i send IM this time im sick of it and asked for a refund well i wait to hear from her again nothing for weeks then i see her on line again i do the same thing and she will not answer me then logs off then i see another avi selling the SAME hair the SAME skins all the same prices as Henieczek so i get a demo thinking im going nuts and OMG im not this "Other" seller there hair was uploaded by Henieczek CRAZY. So i call her out on it she acts like i have no idea what im talking about. So im mad im ripped off over 5500L and now she is hiding from me and 5 other people that i know of. So like the others i do a report i dont hear back from LL the other people send me picks of there reports there is over 80 reports done on this Henieczek and still LL is doing nothing. SO people are being ripped off 5500L every time they buy a hair she hides with her alts and even moves her Demo shop every time there is a new set of hairs put out. Now you tell me there is nothing wrong with this and tell me HOW DO I GET LL TO DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS IN ALL OF IT!

TL;DR

There's no way to get refunds. Second Life has (and has always had) a Buyer Beware policy - all risk is on you to check stores prior to making purchases.

No-one here is in a position to question LL's decision in your case. They do take reported abuse seriously where they have scope to act.

Note that you can find yourself in trouble for repeated or false Abuse Reports, since this wastes Linden staff's time.

A quick search at MP brought me to the shop in question.

Frankly, I wouldn't spend 5,500L$ on hair, but thats a personal choice, Searching now for this "Henieczek" you mentioned took me to a profile page that states "This name is unavailable".

Either she bailed on SL,  has been banned (maybe LL did do something) or as you wrote, created an alt and is operating under that persona.

As for getting any Lindens back, I suggest you lick your wounds and move on.

Oh she is still in world I was just looking at her if you google her name WOW she is all over the place being talked about and I'm sick of licking wounds LL could ban her or do something remove her stuff anything. She has 4 alts and my god if your going to hide with alts makes them look and sell things you have not already sold or looked like SMH 8 years in SL my a**

You bought hair that you admit was "taken from the Sims"  IE it was ripped off.  The person that did this and the one selling it are dishonest people.  They violated the IP rights of the Sims creators, which is illegal (a violation of copyright laws)and against the TOS.  I wouldn't expect any satisfaction from them.  LL will not refund your money to you.

At the time I got it I did not know it was from the sims I have spoken to the maker and they are not happy seems this lady has been doing this a long time and has even told people they are the sims person even tho she is not its sick but I guess LL is ok with that
