There's a couple of theoretical ways to do this. Note that I won't be explaining in full detail because this isn't the right format for this.

• Make the tube phantom and support it from below (mind your head!)
• Since it's mesh, use a custom physics shape without a ceiling
• Use a moving poseball to push a sat avatar using an animation - like a ladder climbing script
• Use a scale factor to compensate for the fact that in Second Life, agent bounding boxes are a fixed height.
