Can't find items after a sim crash

Hello!

I was recently editing my skybox in a sandbox. After placing down some items, the sim crashed and once I relogged, the items I recently rezzed have disappeared. I've checked my inventory and I can't seem to find them (not even in lost and found). I don't know how I should go about this and if I were to send LL a ticket, what's the likelihood that they would respond? Has this situation happened to you before? Also, some of these items are non-copy so I can't just drag them out of the box I bought them in again. :L

your only hope is clear your inventory cache and let it reload.

But it's a big chance the non copy is lost.
