How do I upload a photo to photo album?

I want to upload a photo to my photo album. How do I do that? First answer wasn't quite detailed enough. My fault. I didn't provide enough detail in my question.

I've only uploaded one picture, I think, and can't remember how I got to the place where the "upload photo" button is located, and kept getting answers how to load a new  skin or other body parts after creating them. It could be in plain sight but overlooked because "that would be too simple", if you know what I mean.

The photo is actually a screen shot made so I could share the photo with friends. I discussed my plans for Halloween 2016 with a S L friend. She wants to see the inspiration. I can do that in email, but have no clue how to do it in S L.
