We're residents here, just like you. And so we're unlikely to have any knowledge of totsipop products. A quick check of some of the totsipop markeplace listings shows me that the avatar and clothing sets come with a HUD, and that the HUD may be needed to make everything work. It's also said that directions are included. I imagine those are in the form of notecards that came with the other things you purchased. If you've read those and are still unable to make things work, I suggest you write a notecard and give it to the totsipop creator, Mallory Witt.
