Does anyone know how much i can ask for a Full sim on Mainland 15000 prims,its not flat land if i want to sell it?

what you want ... but keep it real.

Have a look at the inworld sales-search and you will see what others do.

Full sims aren't that easy to sell i think, it's a pretty high amount of tier fess you will get billed every month.

4 quarter , for exmaple, might go faster, but ... you only need one who want it and it's sold

Just like RL real estate, what you can get for it will depend on many factors.  If it is landlocked and has no water or roads going through it you won't get as much as you would if it borders the ocean and you can sail in the water. 

Make a list of positive features and drawbacks and then look for similar sims for sale to see how much they are asking for.  Be realistic.  For a quick sale price it very competitively. 

You may want to contact several mainland real estate companies that do rentals or sell mainland lots to see what they will pay for it.  But if you go this route contact serveral of them to get as many offers as you can and let each company know they are one of a number you are contacting so they don't low ball the price.

the surounding sims if there popular can give you more asking power for the price as well and some areas of mainland sims just sell for higher example if you ever look at the land prices in the color sims like magenta it's crazy
