i changed my account from premium to bassic yesterday it would be due on 11/18/2015 i'm i too late?

It's never too late, just inconvenient.  :smileytongue:

Your Premium membership is prepaid, so you will still have all of the Premium privileges until Friday next week.  If you look at your dashboard, it should say that your request is "pending".  Now, you did have to abandon your mainland parcel in order to submit the change request, so that's done.  You can't "undo" it and get the same parcel back again, but if you decide that you'd rather stay as a Premium member, all you need to do is contact Live Chat or the Linden Lab Billing Office and ask them to cancel your request.  Then you may go out and buy another parcel somewhere.
