Ageverification - old account

Greetings :)
I have reactivated my 8 years old account and i cant enter adult regions.
Either i cant find any way to verify my age :D

Any ideas?

There is no age verification anymore. Nowadays your age gets determined by the birthdate you entered during the account creation. If that makes you 18 or older, you just have to set your preferences to see adult content.

If you encounter a problem with that you should contact the support.

Theres no way to enter my age in the settings, right?
As far as i know, i didnt enter my age as i created this account

I have no account that is as old as yours, but I would be suprised if a birthdate wasn't always part of the sign-up process. However, in all cases, the support might be able to help you. We, as users, can't do much.

Depending on what viewer your using its in Prefs, General tab,  look for:-  rating, i want to access content.

You can change it there, don't forget to press Apply after .

Hi there, you will have to contact support about this and they have to manually age verify you.

Old accounts that didn't age verify when it was still up got kind of borked when the verification was done with. Happened to this account, too. Only the support could help and did so swiftly, and efficently.
