If you have never boiught or sold L$ on the LindeX before, your sale limit is L$0. (See the chart below. "New Residents" means "new to using the Linden Exchange.")  It will stay at L$0 until you have activated your account for buying/selling L$.  In a practical sense, that means that you have to buy a few L$ before you can sell any.  So, buy L$500 (roughly $2 USD) and wait for 8 days, when your sales limit will increase to $300 USD.
