Yes.

All objects that are viewable in Second Life are made with mesh. Some tools (such as Avastar) exist that can build your shape as a mesh.

Provided you had full permissions over everything else you wanted to include on the statue (e.g. your hair, clothes) , you could then decorate the shape with various accessories. Expect it to cost many hundreds of prims in terms of Land Impact.

You ask if it's possible; it is. Is it practical? No.

Well, if nothing else, you could open a new Basic account, create your alt as a duplicate of yourself, make her a bot, and tell her to just stand still all day.  It's a boring life for an alt, but she'll get all the admiration that's really meant for you. :smileyvery-happy:
