Paypal not accepted

Hi, I have an issue with payment, I can not use Paypal, neither my own nore the one of my RL Partner, who can use his on his own Avatar and is a Premium, for me it just does not take it, I can add it, but it wont accept Payment

Your PayPal account must be "verified"...that is, it has to be linked to a Real Life bank account or a major credit card.  If your PP account is verified, than contact Billing at one of the numbers below.

how many accounts are using the same paypal?

long ago i had the same problem and got the answer that it wasn't possible to add more than 5 sl users to the same paypal account.
