So apparently i put on a bad item and now i cant do anything! i just cleared my cache but i dont know if that will reset my aviatar I need help and quick!!! And I know what im wearing. It wont let me take anything off!

You can type the word Worn in your Inventory to see what you are wearing.

 Is it a scripted object that you wear and you can't take it off, try to log off, clear cache and log into a sandbox with scripts off, like this: http://world.secondlife.com/place/640be561-47d5-d362-c15e-6c405819b550

Then you can try to open your inventory and take it off. Also try "Detach all", to be sure you get rid of all attached items. If it's a griefer thing you got from someone that claimed it was harmless, you can fill an Abuse Report.

To reset your avatar to default (a noob) you can do the following:

Depending on which viewer you are using...

Advanced Menu >>Character>>Character Tests >> Test Male (or Female)
or
Developers Menu (ctrl alt Q)>>Avatar>>Character Tests>>Test Male (or Female)
