You really do need to contact Linden Lab directly on this one.  Please click on the "Help" option at the top (towards the right side) of this screen, and on the next screen will be directions to Contact Support,

or take this slightly quicker route ... https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

 

(This here is just a resident-to-resident help area - Linden Lab are the only ones who can help you with your particular issue.  They will ask you certain security questions once you have submitted a ticket to them.)
