SKIN LOST IN INVENTORY

Hi everyone

i bough a skin with the shape and yeys, but now i cant find the skin anymore, the shape and yeys bought same place and day are there still, hope i can get it back tysm for the answers in advance

Most skins are copiable so the creator shouldn`t haven`t any problem replacing it for you (they will be more reluctant is it was a transferrable one).

Contact the creator with a copy of your transaction ID which can be found on your transaction history on your website account.

It might have ended up in an outfit folder.  Have you tried searching for it by name or vendor name?  Have you tried logging out, clearing your cache and then re-logging?  Is your inventory fully loading?

If you haven't already done so then try this: go to preferences, network tab and then push the clear cache button

log out and then reboot your computer.  When you log back in sometimes things that were hidden are now back.

If it did not appear, Go to your world, account history, and check your transactions for the date of purchase.  Copy the transaction for the skin, paste it on a notecard and send to the creator, or the person who your lindens went to.  They will likely replace it for you with the proof of purchase....make sure you include your name on the notecad too
