I cant buy with my paypal

i don't know what you mean by platinum, but you only can use paypal when it's a verified paypal account, connected and confirmed to your bankaccount and/or creditcard

You get a "verified" PayPal account...one that is backed up by a real life bank account or a credit card...by following the verification process on the PayPal website.  The process takes a few days to complete.  Once your account is verified, try listing it as your Second Life payment method again.
