If you created a second account and it also got put on Hold then you should realize that LL is looking into you for some reason.  STOP creating accounts or you'll possibly get yourself in worse trouble.  Wait for them to sort it out.  Maybe your accounts will be given back to you.  If you have done something wrong, your accounts may never come back and all future accounts will also get locked.

It's called ban evasion.  I get them on my forum often.
