Usually if you are a premium member and have an updated card on file is enough.

If you are not age verified - you must submit to LL proof of your age; any legal document will suffice.  I assume you are NOT a premium member with a c.c. on file.

Depending on which country you live in, you could try adding different payment info until your CC is active again. If you are in US you can add a verified Paypal account. The only alternative to being Account Verified (payment info on file) would be to go through the age verification process.

You prob have to fill out the adult application and supply ID that is accepted. I simply emailed a picture I took of my driver's license.
