If you are using 2.5, try logging in on a different viewer and editing it there. The changes will carry over to 2.5 & you may find that editing will then work on 2.5 too.

No idea why, but it has worked for other people

plus instal different viewers is not always a good idea if you dont know how to solve problems(conflits) that they can creat at your pc.
