Nudity itself is permitted in Moderate regions.  However, you cannot advertize or promote sexual conduct or other "adult activity".  If you have to ask, the answer is almost certainly No.

Nudity is allowed. So a nude beach or in your case a burlesque show/strip show does not directly violate the ToS. I'm not on my computer currently, but I think I even had a link that officially discussed that part. However, what is strictly forbidden is anything that involves sex animations and else, if its a club. Thats the only kind of business that clearly has to stay on adult land.
