How can I change my premium account house?

I've never liked my premium account house, but I can't figure out how to move to a new house. Is this even possible?

Very possible.

1. Stand in your house

2. Pick up all your stuff and put it back in inventory, one thing at a time

3.  Open World >>> About Land >>> General

4. Click Abandon Land

5. Go register for a new Linden Home or

5a. Buy a different parcel of land on the Mainland and put your own house on it.

Your Premium land fee waiver will cover the monthly land fees on any 512 sq m parcel of land that you own on the Mainland, whether it's a Linden Home parcel or not.
