I have not been able to use Firestorm English or Builders Brewer chat for about a week now. Is it down? When is it expected to be repaired? I wanted to put in a ticket, but the only options are account login choices.

I have a premium account. Is there a way I can choose a new house?

I've never liked my premium account house, but I can't figure out how to move to a new house. Is this even possible?

I have a premium account, but have not been living in may premium account land. Can I move to do a different land?

I cleared the cache and I did a clean install of Firestorm.

I'm using Phoenix and I;ve been getting the same error for 2 days. "Log in failed. DNS could not resolve the host name. Please verify that you can connect to secondlife.com" I can.
