Im having same problem, I submitted ticket 10 days ago, but after initial cookie cutter reply that a technitian was assigned to the case I havent heard a peep. I also own several estates, have been calling concierge every day and no one seems to be able to give me the time of day; very odd that a company would ignore customers who are paying thousands of us dollars every month.... If i did this in my RL business I wouldnt last two weeks. Is LL going under? If not, with service like this I cant imagine them staying afloat for long. I hope someone at corporate is paying attention to whats happening with "support" - it could well bite them in the rear if they dont catch on soon.

hello last night 01/05/11 i log on no problems and this morning 02/05/11 i cant login getting the message :- Login failed. Secondlife cannot be accessed from this computer. i have had the accout with second life some year now and dont know why iv this now ?is it a bug with in sl or do i need to reload phoenix im at a lost to know wot i should do next and how long before it is fixed cos you please help thanx you x

but why would they block me over night and i was not even signed on or done any thing wrong they not even said i am blocked or give a reason just that message and it was fine last nite are yu sure they blocked and it not a bug there fixing iv put a ticket in and got case number but the last ti,e i put a ticket it took 2 months i can see my accout page and nothing be posted by LL will they let me know if it a bug or not ..thank you x

@ Kizz, if they intended to block you on purpose they would have sent you an email. If you have no email, then your computer has been blocked by accident, this happens quite a lot. Tickets are being dealt with a lot faster now that the backlog has been cleared, but you can email too and even trying calling the free billing number. If you are not a premium member then try everything and see what works.
