Thanks! I checked the grid too before I place the ticket... I'm always a good guy (gal!) on SL... so I knew there was no way I was banned (which was confirmed when I called). Please keep me posted... Thank you in advance for EVERYONE's help.

I did just get off the phone with LL and verified I have not been banned. No one in my house plays SL but me... Thanks for the tip, but unplugging the router didn't work either, so I submitted a ticket.

I can not log into either of my accounts as I'm getting the following error: Login failed. Secondlife cannot be accessed from this computer. However, I've used this laptop since last November and never had this error before....  HELP!  PLEASE!
