What is the status of Order 6613 Case 01966406

I received confirmation of order 6613, Case 01966406 from Linden Labs, but I am having a difficult time finding out the status of our purchase.  I also forwarded additional information supporting our affiliation with the University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, USA.  I have not received a confirmation, or status report. The extension number of Zeeshan, the Senior Accountant helping us is not good.  I am at a loss.  We are grant funded and need to have the island up and running by the last week in August.  I would apprciate any help you can offfer me.
