Can you remove the click to move function? I used it and now someone has control of my avatar.

Firstly, no-one here has the capability to remove any function from a viewer you've already downloaded.

You can however disable click to walk yourself, using Advanced > Debug Settings > 'ClicktoWalk' and setting it to FALSE.

None of the remainder of your question makes any sense (click to walk doesn't rez objects, doesn't deform). Try again by editing your question.

What probably happened is you/they clicked on an invisible object that whose behavior was set to "Sit" and had a griefing script. This will happen whether or not you have "Click to Move" function enabled if you click on the object and is only likely to happen in areas where 1) there is a high griefer population and 2) they can rezz things. You can temporarily turn "Click to Move" off as you've been told - the best situation is to be on your guard in the limited number of places it will be an issue. Removing a useful function because of a rare possibility that it can cause a minor problem isn't a great idea.

the rezzing of invisible big objects over the help islands has been reported but LL have not taken action, the avatar that do this are know and been reported.

all you can do is click on the object and AR it.

you can only get deformed if you take things off people, and be careful, if you wear the item they give you, it may deform you.

which can be put right,

if you are deform, and do not know what to do, go to  Help at Caldon or spain, or Brazil, they all have anti deforming tools.

remenber do not take things off people at the help islands or safe hubs.

click on your self and pick, remove all objects, that will remove the hair shoes and all things that are not outfit.

just reload your hair and shoes.
