Help!

I have cleared my cache files.  I've rebooted my computer & I restarted my modem but I continue getting this error message:   Login failed. DNS could not resolve the host name. Please verify that you can connect to the web site.  If you can but continue to receive this error please go to the support section and report this problem.

Try adding the free public DNS servers to your computer's network configuration.
