Obviously, as a premium member, the first 517m parcel incurs no tier fee costs, but any amount owned above this, while it will give you a higher prim allowance, will also put you into the next tier fee bracket.

The basic factor is 117 prims per every 512 square meters, or .2285 prims per square meter. There are a limited number of Mainland areas with a higher prim-per-buyable-square meter allowance because those regions have a lot of unused Linden protected land and they were set up with a special load factor but those areas are rare and expensive.
