i would like to change the  sound played when a friend logs in or  out, is there a list of UUID sound files i know where in  my profile to change the file,, i just cant find a selection of files to use

Some of the standard sounds that SL uses are listed at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Client_sounds

For others, you can use any sound that you have in your inventory, or can upload to your inventory.  Sounds are always sampled at 44.1KHz, 16-bit.  Upload as WAV files, no longer than 10.0 seconds.  You can record your own and edit them with Audacity or your favorite sound editor, or you can look on the web for sound archives.  Once a sound file is uploaded to your inventory (for L$10), you can right click on it to grab its UUID.
