How do I delete a group?

I have a group that I want to delete. I've kicked everyone except myself from the group and three months later... it still exists. LL takes money from my account for owning the group and there is no way to delete it or leave it.

 

People keep telling me that groups auto delete...   but they don't. I've been the only member of the group for a YEAR and it's still  there.

 

Any advice?

If you are the only member of a group it will self delete.

If this is a land group with land/assets deeded to it, you need to take care of that first.

LL does not take money from the members of a Group on a scheduled basis other than to satisfy a land tier debt on mainland parcels.

You can abandon the land by standing in it or you can put it up for sale.

Please do not start more than one thread with the same question. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.
