Sure.  As far as Linden Lab is concerned, your alt is just another av, so treat her as you would any other trusted visitor.

1. Create a new group.  Make your alt the co-owner of the group, so that you have total personal control over it.

2. Stand in your home and open World >>>About Land >> General.  Set the parcel to your new group. (This is not the same as deeding, which you can't do with a Linden Home anyway.)

3.  Open the Options tab in About Land and check the two boxes that give ONLY group members permission to create objects or bring objects onto your land.

Your alt should now be able to set Home in your house, as well as being able to rez stuff.
