taryn Adasia
It used to be if you were on secondlife.com and opened someone's profile, you could see a green dot if they were online. This feature doesn't seen to be there anymore. Anyone know why?
Sylvia Tamalyn
I assume it's part of the as-yet unresolved maintenance, which seems to have broken most of the feed's features. http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2013/12/12/post2134/
Amethyst Jetaime
The reason is for privacy. People have th option to show they are online in their profile or not, This is different than going off line to people in your friends list. It is controlled in the settings of mysecondlife.com. Tari Landar
It's not one of the settings. As someone else pointed out, it started happening when they started fiddling with the backend of things. It may, or may not, be fixed when they stop playing with the buttons. It does work, just intermittently right now.
