Yuriko Nishi
hi :) my inventory is messed up since today.a bunch of folders have been moved to the top level, outside of the "my inventory" folder.i can´t use or delete the folders or items in them, some of them are empty too. cache clear etc doesnt help, it does reload it in the broken state.any ideas how to fix it?contacted LL support, but i expect them to just tell me to get a premium account or get used to the mess :-(
Perrie Juran
Youch. I thought I had read that this problem got fixed but can't find the thread now. This sounds like you may have joined the Chop839 Club. As I recalled they fixed any one regardless of account status. File your ticket and reference Chop839. A Linden has to fix this. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-7653 I know there is more info on this but my google-fu is failing me right now. Yuriko Nishi
fixed it! found out that catznip offers an option to rightclick such folders and select "return to lost and found". once they´re there you can edit them normally. closed the ticket as soon as i found that out, was too scared to have my account broken like the guy in that jira case. Pamela Galli
That is a scary story -- and the Linden fix apparently made things worse.

I am really glad to hear that you got this fixed. Do you always use Catznip or what Viewer did this happen on. As I said, my understanding was that the cause of this problem had been fixed. If it happenned with Catznip/happens again, I'd sure let the Ctaznip Devs know about it. In other words, this problem should not be occuring. While it may be after the fact, you still may want to let Singularity know you had this problem, especially if you have screeenshots. My impression is that the TPV Devs all have access to the SL JIRA's and they may know more. As I stated my understanding was that this problem had been fixed. It was a nightmare for some people.
